SMATEIGHT products include model-specific limited warranty coverage against eligible defects in materials or workmanship. Coverage periods and included components may differ by product.

What to provide

Keep your order confirmation and product serial information. For a claim, send the order number, model, description of the issue, and clear photos or video.

What is not covered

Normal wear, consumable parts, accidental damage, collision, misuse, improper storage, water damage, unauthorized repair, modification, commercial use, and failure to follow the manual are generally excluded.

Resolution

Depending on the issue and applicable rights, support may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.
