Eligibility

Eligible returns generally must be requested within 30 days of delivery and returned unused, complete, and in original packaging. Product-specific restrictions and applicable consumer rights may change this requirement.

Non-returnable conditions

Items damaged through misuse, unauthorized modification, improper assembly, excessive wear, water exposure, or use contrary to the manual may not qualify for a standard return.

Oversized items

Electric scooters, ride-on toys, and other large items may require special labels or carrier collection. Do not ship an oversized item before receiving instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post the credit.
